Post your stream schedule in Discord – automatically, every week

Your Discord is where your community lives. A weekly schedule in your announcements channel makes sure everyone knows when you're live. Here's how to set it up – without typing it out by hand every Monday.

Why your schedule belongs in Discord

Many viewers check your Discord more often than your Twitch channel page. A weekly post in "#schedule" or "#announcements" is often the place your schedule gets read the most. The catch: by hand you have to write it every week – and fix it every time something changes.

Step 1: Create a webhook in Discord

Pogplan doesn't need its own bot on your server. A webhook is enough – think of it as a mailbox address for exactly one channel:

  1. In Discord, open the channel where the schedule should appear and click the gear icon Edit Channel.
  2. Go to Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook.
  3. Give it a name (e.g. "Schedule") and an avatar if you like.
  4. Click Copy Webhook URL and paste it into Pogplan's Discord section.

Pogplan checks the address right away and stores it encrypted. It's never shown in the browser or shared.

Enter once. Scheduled everywhere.

Pogplan keeps your Twitch schedule, Discord, OBS and website up to date from a single entry. Start for free, set up in three minutes.

Step 2: What the weekly post looks like

Step 3: Automatic every week

On the Free plan you post the weekly schedule with one click. From Basic on, Pogplan does it for you: pick a weekday and time (e.g. Sundays at 6 pm) and next week's schedule appears by itself – optionally with a role ping, so your community gets notified.

Prefer single days? In the planner every stream day has a 📣 button that posts just that day. From Basic on, Pogplan can also send a "Live today!" post automatically on every stream day – in addition to the weekly post or instead of it.

With Premium the post also includes a weekly calendar graphic with game covers in your own accent color, and you can post to several Discord servers at once – handy for streamer teams or partner communities.

FAQ

Does Pogplan need admin rights on my Discord?

No. Pogplan only uses a webhook for a single channel. It can't read messages, see members or do anything outside that channel.

Do viewers abroad see the right time?

Yes. Discord shows timestamps in the time zone set on each viewer's device.

Can I change or remove the webhook later?

Any time in the Discord section. If you delete the webhook in Discord itself, Pogplan can't post there anymore.
